The hall is chargeable per hour or part thereof
All money should be paid via BAC's transfer to the account details that will be invoiced on receipt of your booking
Bookings are only confirmed when payment is received and the booking conditions are signed
The deposit will be transferred back to the hirers account in full unless our terms and conditions are not adhered to
